Meshk Airport Hotel

Front desk clerk Bahar speaks excellent English & is very helpful. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Very clean with good-sized rooms. Very efficient airport pickup procedure (if you have What's App), and we got a deal for 1 way airport shuttle for 20 euros or round trip for 30 euros- pricey, but the best deal we could find. (Bitaxi from airport is frustrating-. Frequently drops the promised driver (or they bail on you). When you do connect, the app says go to departure level door 6 for "easy pickup," but the drivers all direct you to come to the mosque parking lot, which requires you to take the moving sidewalks toward the Metro, and then continue walking toward the mosque on a long path). I would not recommend you rely on Bitaxi to get you to the airport for your flight out. The Meshk shuttle was there at 5am with no issues!

Nice new place ideal for a stopover between flights. The room was clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked well. I especially liked the welcome platter of fresh fruit and nuts, even more so as I arrived after midnight.

Cheap place to stay for one night when you're waiting for your next flight. They have a comfortable transfer from the airport if you need it, also you can walk from the metro station, but keep in mind, it will be 2.5 km alongside the highway. There are comfortable beds, hot shower, some coffee inside the room. Staff is super friendly, they speak multiple languages, so it was pretty easy to communicate. The place is quiet, all windows in the room are quite soundproof, so you don't hear the noise from the airport.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Shortly after we checked-in the power on the upper floors of the hotel went out. Front desk assured us that it would be restored quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't. Our room was getting unbearably hot (it was 101F outside). We had booked the room so we could get some sleep in the early evening before catching a flight out of IST at 4am, and this simply wasn't possible. So I texted Front desk to let them know that if the power wasn't restored within the hour we would check out and go to the airport. In response, they opened up a spare room they had on the ground floor (that still had power) and provided us with free transport to the airport at 1am. They went above and beyond to accommodate us even though the issue was beyond their control.
